EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a Senior Associate in Argentina to lead data protection governance and privacy assessments, coordinating with US and global teams. You will drive PIA, ROPA, and vendor due diligence, and ensure compliant processing records across functions.

You will collaborate with system owners, draft privacy notices, and monitor metrics while staying abreast of regulatory changes and emerging tech implications.

Formación

• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Risk, Data Governance, Data Protection, Privacy, Compliance, Information Security, Technology Risk, Data Stewardship, or related areas.
• Experience supporting governance, compliance, risk management, or data protection activities.
• Experience working with stakeholders across different business, risk, and technology functions.
• Ability to coordinate activities, manage deliverables, and drive assigned responsibilities with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Expertise in Data Protection Regulations and advise on compliance improvements.
• Deliver PIA assessments and Vendor Due Diligence with ROPA governance.
• Document data processing activities and draft privacy notices.
• Review PIA responses for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate and escalate inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with system owners to align privacy initiatives with objectives.
• Identify process gaps and lead automation and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare metrics, dashboards, and periodic reports for leadership on privacy activities.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and privacy implications.
