EY GDS is seeking a Junior Consultant to support the Entity Compliance & Governance (ECG) team in Buenos Aires. You will help manage engagement portfolios and relationships with clients and EY networks, contributing to global projects with exposure to regulatory and legislative demands.

The role involves coordinating multi-jurisdictional engagements, updating entity databases, and assisting with billing, while collaborating with central and local EY teams to deliver accurate regulatory

Formación

• Lawyers or currently in the final years of a Law University;
• Fluent in English written and spoken (C1 or higher level);
• Experience working in a professional services firm and client delivery
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Good communication skills;
• Any additional language is a plus;
• Experience on corporate governance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional engagements, including transition, health checks, on-going delivery and billing.
• Participating in day-to-day status meetings/calls.
• Ensuring client’s legal entity databases are updated accurately and efficiently.
• Communicating effectively with the core central management teams and the local EY offices.
• Liaising with other internal EY teams and external regulators and advisors.
• Liaising, coordinating and providing regular reporting to central management teams around the globe.
