EY GDS in Buenos Aires is seeking a Team Lead for the Business Assistants group, overseeing a high-performing team supporting senior leaders. You will drive operational excellence, foster collaboration, and mentor staff to reach their best.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, German language skills (C1), and experience in a CoE/shared services environment, including remote or hybrid teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial advisory role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience in a CoE or shared services model is an advantage.
• Proven success in leading remote, hybrid, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to identify new opportunities.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, matrix organization undergoing transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of Business Assistants supporting multiple executives or functions.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality support.
• Monitor SLAs and workload distribution.
• Drive process standardization and share best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improvements.
• Act as liaison between executives and EA team.
• Mentor team members and support career development.
