Acciona It is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join an early-stage startup environment, focusing on building scalable backend systems from the ground up. You will own features end-to-end, design distributed architectures, and work with Java, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes.

You will collaborate with AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality. Strong ownership and an advanced English level are required in a fast-paced, startup setting.

Formación

• 8+ years of software or backend development experience.
• 5+ years with Python, building production-grade backends.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based development in production.
• Experience with AI-driven features or LLM integrations is preferred.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Experience with databases, message queues, and data pipelines.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proven track record of ownership and autonomy in fast-paced settings.
• Advanced English proficiency.
