AgileEngine, a fast-growing tech leader, seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services and automation workflows, while integrating Salesforce APIs to support a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales initiatives.

You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, collaborate on Salesforce integrations, and contribute to AI-driven automation in an Agile sprint environment with a strong focus on modern backend tech stacks.

Formación

• 4+ years of Backend engineering experience with Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation workflows and webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog (GTMDR project).
