AgileEngine is a leading software company delivering cutting-edge solutions for Fortune 500 brands. We seek a Senior Backend Engineer to build backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations powering our GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales tools.

You will develop REST APIs and webhooks using Java or Python within an Agile team. 4+ years in backend engineering and Salesforce/API experience are required, with English proficiency to collaborate globally.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience (Java or Python).
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Experience with agile delivery and JIRA.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java/Python/microservices).
• Develop and integrate Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation—Ghost User, Calendly, webhooks.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work in an Agile sprint process with a JIRA backlog.
