AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build scalable backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations for a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales tools.

You will develop REST APIs and webhook-driven lead routing in an Agile environment, using Java or Python, with 4+ years of backend experience. This remote role offers flexible hours and collaboration with global teams on modern tech, including CRM automation and AI tooling.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
