AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automate workflows, and integrate Salesforce APIs to power a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing in an Agile sprint environment, using Java or Python with 4+ years of backend experience.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience (Java or Python).
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• Salesforce platform development OR API integration experience.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
