AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations for a GTM data platform. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, integrate with Salesforce EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation in an Agile environment.
The role requires 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Salesforce platform development or API integration expertise, and offers 100% remote work with

- 4+ years of backend engineering experience (Java or Python).
- REST API integration and webhook development experience.
- Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
Responsabilidades
- Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java/Python).
- Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead rules).
- Support AI SDR automation — Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, and webhook-based lead routing.
- Contribute to GTM data platform codebase.
- Work in an Agile sprint process with a Jira-based backlog.
