AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company that builds backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations to power a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales initiatives.

The Senior Backend Engineer will develop REST APIs and webhooks, integrate with Salesforce EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation in an Agile sprint environment. We value engineers with 4+ years of backend experience in Java or Python, a collaborative mindset, and strong English communication.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience (Java or Python)
• REST API integration and webhook development
• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA
• Upper-intermediate English level

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog (GTMDR project).
