Qualifications

• 3+ years backend-focused software development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js and NestJS framework.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience building cloud-native distributed systems on AWS.

Responsabilités

• Take on lower-priority engineering work including maintenance, observability, and tooling.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design with data-driven validation.
• Participate in code reviews and design reviews to uphold engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (frontend, product, data scientists, designers).
• Work with Product Manager and engineers on requirements and mid-level design; focus on coding, testing, and documentation.
