Aditi Consulting is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to architect and implement scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS. You will optimize PostgreSQL schemas, design complex financial workflows, and build high-performance RESTful APIs.

The role requires guidance to junior engineers and close collaboration with frontend, product, and design teams. The position is remote for Argentina-based candidates, with a strong emphasis on English and Spanish fluency and experience with AWS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Node.js development experience
• Extensive experience with NestJS framework
• 6+ years of PostgreSQL and relational DB design
• Fluency in English & Spanish (Must)
• Proven track record designing scalable backend systems
• Strong RESTful API design experience
• Experience with AWS services and IaC
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Architect and develop high-performance backend services using NestJS
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries
• Implement complex business logic for financial service workflows
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs with performance focus
• Develop data modeling strategies for complex configurations
