Ideal candidates have extensive Python and Java experience, hands-on AI/LLM development, and a strong ownership mindset. Remote LATAM work is supported, with production-grade delivery and scalable architectures.

Formación

• 8+ years of software/backend experience.
• 5+ years Python production-grade backend experience.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based development in production.
• Distributed systems, scalable architectures, asynchronous processing.
• Experience with databases, message queues, data pipelines.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Startup/fast-paced environment with ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services with Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems with databases, APIs, queues, and data pipelines.
• Own features end-to-end from design to monitoring and optimization.
• Build production-ready systems with focus on reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements.
• Improve performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and key technical decisions.
• Continuously improve development processes and engineering standards.
