Job summary

Prometeo Talent is recruiting a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations for a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, and work in an Agile sprint environment.

4+ years of backend engineering experience with Salesforce integration or API development is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in backend engineering with Java or Python.
• Experience with REST API integration and webhook development.
• CRM automation and lead routing system experience.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java/Python, microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead rules).
• Support AI SDR automation, including Ghost User setup and Calendly integration.
• Contribute to GTM data platform codebase and related tooling.
• Work in an agile sprint with a Jira-based backlog (GTMDR project).
