AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations for a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives.

You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, integrate with Salesforce EVO/Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation workflows using Java or Python in an Agile sprint with a JIRA backlog. 4+ years of backend experience required.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Java or Python.
• Experience with REST API integration and webhook development.
• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java/Python/microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation — Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
