AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI‑assisted sales automation initiatives.

You will develop REST APIs and webhook‑based lead routing, collaborate with Salesforce EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation within an Agile sprint; 4+ years of backend experience required.

Formación

• 4+ years backend engineering with Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• CRM automation and lead routing experience.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog (GTMDR project).
