Formación

• 8+ years of experience leading complex software projects.
• Expertise in designing scalable and reliable system architectures.
• Strong backend foundation with Node.js/Python/JavaScript and cloud tech (AWS).
• Experience implementing secure systems and identity verification integrations.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own the backend design, implementation, and scaling of core platform systems and data pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end development for critical features with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
• Define architecture standards for identity management, security, and third-party API integrations.
• Promote reliability, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code practices across the team.
