AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and maintain production-grade microservices and AI-enabled backend features. You will build RESTful APIs, scale distributed systems, and optimize performance across PostgreSQL/MySQL environments.

The role emphasizes fault-tolerant design, API lifecycle best practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours, supporting a global client base.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience
• Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, and microservices
• Strong RESTful API design and API lifecycle knowledge
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience designing distributed, fault-tolerant, high-performance backend systems
• AI fluency including LLM-based workflows and AI service patterns
