You will own services end-to-end, influence architecture, and mentor teammates across data integration, audience segmentation, and security domains.

• 5+ years as backend or platform engineer.
• Strong Java expertise and distributed systems experience.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and stream processing.
• Cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS design experience.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and evolve core platform services, data models, and APIs.
• Build reliable, replayable, event‑driven data and processing pipelines at scale.
• Drive architectural decisions on scalability, resiliency, security, and operability.
• Design delivery mechanisms and integrations for downstream consumers.
• Implement data governance, lineage, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
• Support multi‑tenant isolation and regional data residency.
• Partner with product and engineering to define platform capabilities and roadmap.
• Support customer migrations from legacy systems into the new platform.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership across the team.
• Ensure reliability, performance, observability, and operational excellence.
