AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain production-grade microservices and distributed systems, developing backend features that support AI-enabled product experiences. You will design and maintain RESTful APIs, work with Java, Spring Boot, and Gradle, and integrate LLM-based workflows into scalable backend architecture.

The role requires fault-tolerant design and strong performance tuning across PostgreSQL or MySQL, with 100% remote work and flexible hours;

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with production-grade systems.
• Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, and microservices.
• Strong RESTful API design skills and API lifecycle practices.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience designing distributed, fault-tolerant systems and performance tuning.
• AI fluency, including LLM-based workflows and AI service patterns.
