AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment. The role requires 4+ years in DevOps/SRE and strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and container orchestration.

You will work across time zones, lead on-call rotations, and collaborate with engineers, QA, and product partners. Flexible schedule with remote and office options is available.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE) and container tooling.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL skills and experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks: New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Solid understanding of cloud security and PCI-compliant or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team across time zones; on-call rotations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy, Roadmap & Vision – build the roadmap for DevOps and observability in Data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation for AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI; implement blue-green/canary deployments and automated rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container workloads with ArgoCD/Helm; manage autoscaling, ingress, secrets, policy.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog; create dashboards and SLO-driven alerts.
• Implement security and compliance controls: IAM, SSO, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy-as-code (OPA/Checkov).
• Lead incident response including on-call processes and blameless post-mortems.
• Collaborate with developers on developer experience, internal tools, and self-service platforms.
