AgileEngine, an Inc. 5000 company, seeks a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve the cloud infrastructure and reliability behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will own day-to-day operations within LatAm coverage and collaborate across engineering, security, and analytics teams. You’ll deploy on AWS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, and Terraform, drive CI/CD, ensure observability and compliance, and mentor engineers while delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands-on AWS production experience.
• Kubernetes and Amazon EKS expertise with workload operations and reliability.
• Argo Workflows or similar workflow orchestration experience.
• Terraform and IaC with source-controlled practices.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines and releases.
• Monitoring and incident routing with Splunk, PagerDuty, or similar.
• Root-cause analysis and preventive improvements.
• Automation scripting in Python, Shell, or Bash.
• Effective English communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical ownership for the Cloud / DevOps service tower during LatAm hours.
• Operate and improve AWS infrastructure including EKS, S3, EventBridge, SQS, API Gateway, and Lambda.
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows with capacity and reliability focus.
• Define and improve IaC standards using Terraform and Git-based delivery.
• Lead observability improvements across infra and data workloads.
• Refine alert routing and escalation across Splunk, Opsgenie, PagerDuty, and teams.
• Lead major incident response, post-incident reviews, and corrective actions.
• Design reliability improvements and automate repetitive operations.
• Track service metrics like availability, SLA, and deployment outcomes.
• Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR/FDA controls and maintain audit-ready docs.
• Mentor engineers and participate in on-call rotations.
