AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve our cloud infrastructure behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated environment. The role emphasizes AWS EKS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Terraform, CI/CD, and strong English communication.

You will lead incident response, advance observability, and mentor engineers across a HIPAA/GDPR/FDA-regulated setting, with LatAm coverage hours and on-call rotation. Remote/flexible options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Eng, DevOps or SRE.
• Hands-on AWS production experience.
• Advanced Kubernetes/AWS EKS experience.
• Experience with Argo Workflows.
• IaC with Terraform.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring and incident tools (Splunk, PagerDuty, Opsgenie).
• Root-cause analysis and incident response.
• Python/Shell scripting.
• Strong English communication.
• Availability for LatAm window (ET 9–6) and on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior ownership for Cloud/DevOps during LatAm coverage.
• Operate and improve AWS infrastructure supporting the Data Platform.
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows.
• Define and improve IaC standards with Terraform.
• Improve observability across infra and data workloads.
• Lead major incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Design reliability improvements and auto-remediation.
• Track service metrics like availability and MTTR.
• Mentor engineers and participate in on-call rotation.
