AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve the cloud infrastructure behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering/DevOps or SRE.
• Strong hands-on experience operating AWS infrastructure in production.
• Advanced Kubernetes and Amazon EKS expertise, including workload operations and observability.
• Hands-on administration of Argo Workflows or similar orchestration tools.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Git-based delivery.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Experience with monitoring/alerting tools (e.g., Splunk, PagerDuty, Opsgenie).
• Ability to lead incident resolution, perform RCA, and drive preventive improvements.
• Proficient Python, Shell, Bash scripting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; client-facing.
• Availability for LatAm service window (ET 9:00–18:00) and on-call rotation.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior technical ownership for Cloud/DevOps during LatAm coverage window.
• Operate and improve AWS infrastructure including EKS, S3, EventBridge, SQS, API Gateway, Lambda.
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows, including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Define and improve standards for IaC, configuration, CI/CD, and release management using Terraform.
• Lead observability consolidation across infra and data workloads with relevant runbooks.
• Improve alert routing and escalation across Splunk, Opsgenie, PagerDuty and related tools.
• Lead or participate in major incident responses with clear stakeholder communication.
• Design reliability improvements including auto-remediation and alert correlation.
• Track service metrics: availability, SLA, alerts, deployment outcomes, MTTR.
• Enforce HIPAA/GDPR/FDA-regulated practices for change-control and auditing.
• Create runbooks, procedures, architecture context, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and promote best-practice execution across the team.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.
