JPMorgan Chase in Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Associate for the Equity Derivatives Group Deal Review Team. You will conduct deal reviews to ensure accurate term sheet comparisons, risk management alignment, and compliance with legal confirmations.

The role requires 6+ years in equity derivatives, advanced English, and strong analytical and communication skills. You will partner with Middle Office, Front Office, and other stakeholders to improve controls and drive efficiency.

Formación

• Strong understanding of Equity Derivatives products.
• 6+ years of experience.
• Advanced English required.
• Curious and self-motivated mindset to improve and resolve daily issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle complex product coverage in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Strong analytical skills and high level of computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct deal reviews within SLA, ensuring accurate comparisons between term sheets, risk management systems, and legal confirmations.
• Drive efficiency by identifying incorrect booking practices and educating the middle office on their impact.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal lines of business, including Middle Office, Front Office, and internal counterparts.
• Investigate and resolve issues; prepare MIS and monthly control packs for senior management.
• Identify control gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
