The team acts as a key control to ensure that client deals are correctly booked and risk-managed within the relevant systems, aligned with the issued legal documentation. The role covers OTC and securitized trades globally, requiring a solid understanding of derivatives, risk systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment while maintaining strong relationships with Middle

Formación

• Graduate with 1-3 years experience.
• ISDA knowledge and Equity Derivatives product knowledge.
• Ability to handle high complexity and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly numerate with strong keyboard skills.
• High computer literacy.
• Awareness of financial risk from operational errors.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate reviews and timely escalation of documents.
• Drive process efficiency and correct booking practices.
• Build strong working relationships with Middle Office, Front Office and counterparts.
• Resolve issues promptly per Business Standards.
• Prepare weekly MIS and monthly control packs for Senior Management.
• Analyze MI and report trends and spikes.
• Participate in system testing and new initiatives.
• Identify control gaps and propose improvements.
