The team supports confirmation, settlement and control processes, partnering with Middle Office and Front Office to uphold risk standards. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, ISDA knowledge, and equity derivatives exposure, with strong numeracy and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• ISDA knowledge and Equity Derivatives Product knowledge are preferable.
• Strong numeracy and computer literacy.
• Ability to handle complex products in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Good communication skills and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reviews and timely escalation of unissued documents.
• Drive efficiency by identifying incorrect booking practices and educating Middle Office.
• Build strong working relationships with Middle Office, Front Office and internal counterparts.
• Investigate and resolve issues promptly as per Business Standards.
• Prepare weekly MIS and monthly control packs for Senior Management.
• Analyze MI and report trends and spikes.
• Participate in system enhancements and new business initiatives.
