Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong financial background to support origination and execution of new issue equities.
• Knowledge of macroeconomic principles.
• Beginner knowledge of global equity markets.
• Basic understanding of equity valuation.
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
• Proactivity, self-motivation, teamwork and positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct industry and company research related to equity capital markets origination.
• Gather statistics, create company profiles and case studies.
• Compile shareholder data and run quarterly reports; build investor profiles.
• Create equity sizing analysis and use historical precedent data.
• Maintain league tables and tombstones; assist with pitch materials and RFP responses.
