Qualifications

• Graduate with 2-3+ years’ experience in Financial / Legal Operations.
• Advanced English required.
• Equity Derivatives product knowledge of Structured & Exotic Derivatives and strong financial proficiency.
• Legal language (securitised or ISDA) is desired.
• Technical proficiency in interpreting and understanding legal documentation.
• Excellent team working skills and personal motivation.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with Technology, Sales & Trading, Support teams to drive projects.
• Improve processes, identify incorrect booking practices, educate relevant teams on impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document product models and lifecycle activities.
• Escalate issues/discrepancies that arise or repeat over time.
• Identify and document best practices and procedures where missing.
