Job summary

Ecolab, a leader in sustainability and operational excellence, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst I to join the North America Supply Chain Finance team. You will support warehousing, logistics, toll manufacturing, and inventory management with robust financial reporting, forecasting, and decision support that drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting, month-end close activities, variance analysis, and management presentation preparation for Logistics and Supply Chain Finance stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support to Supply Chain Operations through reporting, performance monitoring, and actionable business insights.
• Support forecasting activities for warehousing, toll manufacturing, and inventory performance, including Days on Hand (DOH) metrics.
• Perform standard cost analysis and support SAP cost maintenance activities, including monthly cost roll reviews.
• Develop and enhance reporting and analytics using SAP, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.
• Support annual planning, forecast updates, Mid-Year Business Reviews, and other strategic business processes.
• Identify and implement process improvement and reporting automation opportunities that enhance business insights and efficiency.
• Prepare analyses and executive-level presentations to support senior leadership decision-making.
