Walmart seeks an experienced Data Engineer to drive scalable data pipelines within the International Data Organization. You'll contribute to SSOT data products, integrate diverse data sources, and support data applications across global markets using Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and cloud platforms.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, implement robust data quality checks, and leverage AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while ensuring governance and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Hive and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Strong programming in Scala and Python.
• Experience designing and orchestrating idempotent workflows with Airflow or similar.
• Advanced SQL skills to analyze and optimize large datasets.
