Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. You will work with Snowflake and SAP HANA sources and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, DAX, data modeling, and English proficiency. This role is based in Mendoza, Argentina, and involves working with distributed teams on enterprise data projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical and data requirements.
• Strong communication skills to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data needs and data availability.
• Assist onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
