The role requires 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong data modeling with DAX, solid SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud-based data platforms

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues end-to-end from source to Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and KPI definitions across teams.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
