AgileEngine is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation while also performing manual tests to ensure software quality across products.
The role emphasizes building robust regression suites, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with product teams to improve testability and release quality. Remote-friendly with flexible scheduling.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual testing.
- Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
Responsabilités
- Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
- Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
- Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
- Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
- Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
- Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
