Power Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery for a U.S.-based performance marketing agency. You’ll lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and processes across multiple client projects and service lines.

You'll partner with finance on profitability, staff the right people at the right times, and drive PM system improvements. This remote role requires a proven track record in agency settings and strong collaboration skills.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years in an agency setting across multiple service lines (Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO).
• Experience building or overhauling PM systems and processes.
• Strong financial acumen, comfortable with budgets and margins.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Build, document, and continually improve PM systems and processes across service lines.
• Own project budgets and analyze profitability with finance.
• Plan resources and capacity across projects to avoid delivery risks.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and plans.
• Train teams on processes and drive adoption.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration with smooth handoffs.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders.
• Align project execution with agency goals and strategy.
