Toptal is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to drive product and engineering strategy with AI at the core. You will own the end-to-end architecture, lead resourcing, and push AI initiatives across the organization.

This is a remote, international role requiring English communication and a track record of delivering at scale. You will collaborate with Product to expose core business logic via modular interfaces, mentor engineers, and ensure fast, high-quality delivery while growing Toptal’s AI

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership, including scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI models and production systems.
• Experience leading globally distributed, remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the AI technology strategy and architecture.
• Lead resourcing and workforce planning for rapid, high-impact delivery.
• Drive platform quality, cost control, and reliable execution across teams.
