Toptal is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to empower marketing leaders with data-driven insights. You’ll work across SEM, SEO, and AI channels, from data infrastructure to reports that guide strategic decisions.

You will build models, forecast outcomes, and run experiments, bridging data with marketing strategy and operational impact. This is a fully remote role, with English resumes required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in data analytics, analytics, or BI with a marketing focus.
• 2+ years in consulting or analytical operations.
• Experience analyzing SEM, SEO, and AI-driven channels.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python/R is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data, build models, test hypotheses, forecast performance, and create Tableau reports.
• Use descriptive and diagnostic analytics to inform marketing leaders.
• Define metrics that are independent, holistic, and aligned with strategy.
• Measure SEM/SEO and AI channels to guide budget and channel strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.
