Creative Chaos is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our innovative team in Argentina. You will design, implement, and optimize AI models and tools to solve complex problems and enhance our products.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AI development, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. You will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy AI solutions across our platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG, and Agentic AI.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications
• Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and tweak as necessary
• Provide technical support to other teams in utilizing AI solutions effectively
• Document development processes, model designs, and results to ensure reproducibility and efficiency
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team
• Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the AI initiatives within the company

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
