In this Process Reinvention Hub role within Strategy & Consulting, you will drive discovery, AI-enabled workflow design, governance, and change management across industries, partnering with business, data science, and engineering teams to deliver measurable client outcomes.

Formación

• Strong analytical skills and methodical problem solving.
• Experience with low-code/no-code or agentic orchestration platforms.
• Ability to translate AI/automation impact to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process discovery and whiteboarding sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Deliver process improvement projects using hybrid process mining and AI agents.
• Develop AI-powered assets and reusable process blueprints.
• Bridge business, data science, and engineering teams to co-develop AI-powered solutions.
• Contribute to business development and client value realization.
• Establish governance for AI/GenAI workflows.
