GlobalLogic is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Architect to drive AI-powered software engineering transformations for enterprise clients in LatAm. You will bridge core AI platform capabilities with complex client workflows, balancing architecture, code, and executive influence.

The role emphasizes building production-grade AI agents, multi-agent systems, and autonomous engineering loops while guiding customers through AI-driven SDLC adoption and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 15+ years in software engineering, architecture, product engineering or related leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise software at scale.
• Experience with enterprise customers in transformation engagements.
• Track record building production-grade engineering platforms, not just prototypes.
• Experience across multiple customer environments and archetypes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI-enabled software engineering transformation initiatives.
• Partner with client teams to identify AI-driven acceleration opportunities.
• Define transformation roadmaps toward AI-native engineering organizations.
• Design AI-first operating models covering planning, development, testing, deployment, governance, and operations.
