Darwoft is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join our AI-native engineering team. You’ll work on a modern transaction platform for M&A SaaS, deeply integrating AI coding agents to accelerate development while upholding strong software architecture and reliability.

You’ll guide architecture, navigate a large codebase, and own meaningful backend and full-stack work in a fully remote LATAM setting. This is a hands-on, builder-focused role with ownership of complex systems.

Competenze

• Extensive experience building and operating production software systems.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, design, debugging, testing, and maintainability.
• Experience with large or complex existing codebases.
• Backend or full-stack engineering with modern languages and frameworks.
• Experience building modern web applications and SaaS products.
• Knowledge of APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.
• Familiar with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations.

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new product capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Identify technical debt and reliability issues for improvement.
