Darwoft in LATAM offers a remote contractor role for Senior/Staff Software Engineer specializing in AI-native development with Claude Code/Codex integration. You’ll work on a modern transaction platform for multi-party M&A workflows, shaping architecture, code, and tooling.

You’ll navigate a large codebase, write production-ready services, and collaborate with product leadership to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of hands-on digital marketing for clients.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking and ad account setup.
• Daily use of Claude and related AI tools; built something with them.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Experience managing several client accounts, often multi-location.
• Strong brand and copy judgment with defendable rationale.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites, tracking, and channels live in about two weeks.
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging and location pages, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts for clear location metrics and budget shifts.
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows used weekly.
• Join client calls across time zones.
