Hired is seeking a talented backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain code for AI model training and optimization. You will work on evaluating models and ranking responses across domains, contributing to robust evaluation frameworks and scalable data pipelines.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve model performance, create high-quality datasets for supervised fine-tuning, and help deploy powerful AI systems at scale.

Formación

• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with Nest.js as a progressive Node.js framework.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, showcasing excellent reasoning and technical expertise.
• Lead efforts in supervised fine-tuning, including creating and maintaining high-quality, task-specific datasets.
