Pyyne Digital is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build scalable backend services using Java and Python. You will own features end-to-end, develop distributed systems, and collaborate with a highly technical team to scale the platform.

Strong AI/LLM experience and ownership mindset are essential for this role. The position is fully remote with LATAM flexibility, offering modern tooling, a strong engineering culture, and opportunities to impact product evolution in a high-growth cybersecurity

Formación

• 8+ years of software/backend development experience.
• 5+ years of professional Python backend experience.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM based app development in production.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Experience with databases, message queues, and data pipelines.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proven track record of delivering features post-launch.
• High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced startups.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems with databases, queues, and data pipelines.
• Own features end-to-end from design to monitoring and optimization.
• Build production-ready, reliable and high-performance systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate requirements.
• Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery with quality.
• Participate in architectural discussions and key technical decisions.
