Omilia is seeking a Senior AI Delivery Engineer to lead hands-on design, build, and deployment of enterprise-grade voice and conversational AI solutions on the Omilia platform. You will bridge AI engineering with client delivery, translating CX requirements into production-ready implementations and advancing agentic automation.
You will own technical delivery quality end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with Solution Delivery, Product, Platform, R&D, Sales, and Partners to ensure
Competenze
- 5+ years delivering conversational AI/IVR/IVA in enterprise
- Hands-on experience with major platforms (Omilia OCP, Cognigy, Kore.ai, Google CCAI, etc.)
- Proficiency in voice/dialog design and error handling for telephony
- Knowledge of ASR/NLU in telephony contexts
- Experience integrating GenAI/LLM into production (RAG, embeddings, prompts)
- Strong Python or Node.js for integration and automation
- Experience with CX/contact center infra and omnichannel APIs
- Familiarity with AI quality monitoring and solution optimization tooling
Mansioni
- Own technical delivery quality from design to go-live and hypercare
- Serve as primary technical contact for client engagements and translate requirements into architectures
- Identify and manage delivery risks and escalate complex issues
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers
- Contribute to internal accelerators, tooling, and reusable components
- Collaborate with Solution Delivery, Product, Platform, R&D, Sales, and Partners to align requirements
