Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Client Partner to advise senior executives at large enterprises on AI-driven digital transformation, from strategy to execution. This is a remote role focused on US client engagement, with quarterly travel to the US.

You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level leaders, define strategic initiatives, and shape AI adoption programs. The role requires 5+ years of US consulting experience, deep IT services or software development exposure, and

Qualifications

US consulting experience (5+ years).
Proven experience managing client relationships in IT services or custom software development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, translating tech to business value.
Experience in large enterprises with digital transformation or modernization programs.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Strong technical understanding of IT projects (hands-on mindset).
Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
US residency or valid US visa/ESTA and travel availability (quarterly).

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations.
Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption.
Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support execution end-to-end.
Travel to the US quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
