Job summary

Coderio seeks a Senior Enterprise AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable AI workflows and conversational agents. You will bridge advanced AI development (Python, LLMs) with enterprise operations on Azure, connecting to Snowflake and ensuring observability with Splunk.

You will own end-to-end AI solutions, developing custom agents and integrating them with enterprise data platforms, while leveraging Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering, Cloud, or Automation at enterprise scale.
• 4+ years of Python development (backend services, APIs).
• 2+ years with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Automate.
• Experience designing agentic workflows and integrating LLMs.
• Solid Azure cloud experience; AWS is a plus.
• Experience integrating Snowflake.
• Experience building logging/monitoring in Splunk.
• Daily use of AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE).
• Bilingual English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build conversational solutions, copilots, and agentic workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with Snowflake and SharePoint ecosystems.
• Architect and operate large-scale Azure cloud infrastructures with CI/CD.
• Develop advanced monitoring and auditing with Splunk to track performance.
• Promote engineering excellence using AI-assisted development tools.
• Collaborate with global teams and guide technical direction.
