Compass International Holdings is seeking a Senior AI Product Designer to lead the design of AI capabilities for the Home Platform. The role is remote across Argentina, Uruguay, and Mexico, with responsibilities spanning multimodal conversation design and proactive agent workflows.

You will collaborate with engineers and PMs to craft a true business partner experience, automating complex tasks and surfacing real-time insights while improving internal tooling and agent enablement.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing Voice UI, Conversational Design, and AI-driven products, including multimodal prototypes (voice, sound, visuals, touch, chat).
• Solid understanding of ML/NLP fundamentals and experience designing for Generative or Agentive AI (including prompt engineering).
• Strong cross-functional influence—driving ideation, validation, decision-making, and execution while communicating clearly with leadership and partner teams.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-centric experiences across native and web.
• Experience designing internal workflows, support platforms, or back-office automation tools.
• Mastery of Figma and AI-powered design tools and execution of design standards across responsive web and native apps.

Responsabilidades

• Multimodal Experience Design: Design and develop AI-based conversational and multimodal experiences for the Compass AI Assistant across Web, iOS, and Android.
• Conversation Design Standards: Develop and promote conversation design best practice standards and reusable patterns for scalable AI interactions.
• Visualizations: Create customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, and voice prototypes to illustrate vision.
• Prototyping & Research: Build prototypes, facilitate usability sessions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Documentation & Requirements: Deliver design docs, sample dialogs, and multimodal flow diagrams for collaboration with Eng and PMs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align on priorities.
• Strategic Balance: Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals for viable experiences.
• Industry Leadership: Track trends and drive AI design skill growth within the team.

This platform unifies the brokerage experience across our portfolio of leading real estate brands, integrating core tools and workflows into a single, seamless ecosystem.

Who we're looking for: A Senior AI Product Designer to lead the design of our platform's AI capabilities. In this role, you will report to a senior member of the Product Design team and be embedded as a core member of the Home Platform AI team.

You will be at the forefront of our AI strategy, responsible for designing a proactive, multimodal, voice-activated assistant that empowers agents to run their businesses hands-free. You’ll tackle complex, high-impact, agent-facing workflows—drafting emails, creating marketing collateral, updating CRM contacts, managing transaction timelines, and more—all through natural conversation on the Home Platform. You will also extend this assistant to strengthen Compass International Holdings’s operational backbone, from automating “time-to-activate” for new agents to equipping Support Engineers with AI-driven resolution tools.

As a Senior-level Design leader on the AI team, you will move beyond execution to defining the vision for conversational interfaces at Compass International Holdings. You will partner with a multi-disciplinary team of Engineers and Product Managers to build a "true business partner" for our agents—one that automates complex tasks and surfaces real-time insights—while simultaneously streamlining internal operations to make our support staff and support engineering more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Multimodal Experience Design: Design and develop AI-based conversational and multimodal experiences for the Compass International Holdings AI Assistant. You will advocate for usability and user-centered design principles to craft seamless Agent-Facing Voice Workflows (e.g., hands-free transaction management) and Internal Support Tooling (e.g., automated issue resolution).
• Conversation Design Standards: Develop and promote conversation design best practice standards, reusable interactional patterns, and processes. You will define the "System Thinking" that allows us to scale consistent, high-quality AI interactions across Web, iOS, and Android.
• Visualizations: Drive alignment and decision-making with visual artifacts like customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, and voice prototypes to illustrate the vision and shape impactful AI experiences.
• Prototyping & Research: Support usability testing and research efforts by creating prototypes and facilitating research sessions. Analyze feedback and iterate on designs to ensure our solutions deliver high-trust AI interactions.
• Documentation & Requirements: Deliver effective design documentation (e.g., sample dialogs, conversational flow diagrams, and multimodal flows) to communicate experience requirements for complex initiatives like Onboarding Automation and AI Self-Service Knowledge to Engineering and Product partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to understand priorities and collaborate on solutions.
• Strategic Balance: Balance user needs, technical constraints (e.g., LLM capabilities), and Product objectives to solve problems effectively. You will craft best-in-class multimodal user experiences that are desirable, technically feasible, and viable for the business.
• Industry Leadership: Identify, track, and monitor industry trends and drivers of customer needs to ensure Compass International Holdings remains at the forefront of the generative AI revolution in real estate, and drive initiatives to level up the AI Design skills across the Product Design team.
