Formación

• 8+ years of Python backend engineering in production environments.
• Ability to translate client business processes into technical requirements.
• Experience owning a roadmap and prioritizing initiatives by feasibility, ROI and readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management with technical and non-technical leaders.
• Experience working in structured, production environments.
• Fluent English, native or near-native level.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and extend backend systems for an AI-powered research platform built on Python.
• Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines from external sources into the application layer.
• Integrate LLMs and agents into existing backend workflows.
• Collaborate with a small cross-functional team to ship features end-to-end.
• Ensure backend services meet production standards for reliability and performance.
