Prospera AI is hiring an AI/Backend Engineer to own and evolve our LLM orchestration pipeline. You’ll be the first engineering hire, working directly with our CTO to transform Sophie from a working prototype into a scalable, enterprise-ready platform with high impact and autonomy.

You will design the AI pipeline, build RAG systems with vector databases, develop production APIs, and establish coding and testing standards.

Formación

• 4+ years of production Python experience (async patterns, type hints).
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and multi-step LLM workflows.
• Production API development experience (FastAPI or similar).
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the AI pipeline and orchestration system.
• Build RAG systems with vector databases and embeddings.
• Develop production APIs connecting AI features to frontend.
• Define architecture decisions and documentation.
